Three things to do before you pick an AI tool
You don't need to know anything about AI to do these. They take an afternoon, and they make every conversation with a vendor, including us, a lot shorter.
-
Write down the questions people ask you
For one week, keep a note open and jot down every question someone on your team or a client asks you. Don't sort them yet. Just write them down with who asked.
At the end of the week, circle the ones you answered more than once. Those repeat questions are where a second brain pays off first, because the answer already exists and only you know where it is.
-
Find where the answers live
Go back to your circled questions and write next to each one where you'd look to answer it. It might be a tool like your CRM or a folder in your shared drive. Some answers only live in your head.
Write those down first, with or without AI. When it lives in a tool, you've found something AI can read for you.
-
Pick one problem and put a number on it
Choose one task that eats a big part of your week. Estimate how many hours it takes, or how many leads slip through because nobody followed up in time.
That number is how you'll know if any tool you buy is working. Without it, every demo looks good and nothing gets measured after you pay.
When you have a problem in mind
Bring your list to a call and we'll tell you what we'd build first, or whether you need us at all.
